“Rock On The Range Free For All ” Sweepstakes/United Stations Radio Networks
Official Rules – No Purchase Necessary
1. The Rock On The Range Free For All Sweepstakes begins on Friday March 28, 2008 at 12:01 AM ET and ends at 3:01 AM ET on Monday April 28, 2008. The Grand Prize winner will win a trip to Columbus, Ohio with a guest to attend Rock On The Range 2008 at the Columbus Crew Stadium on May 17 and 18, 2008 with roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations provided for two nights and a pair of tickets for the two days of the event. You must be 21 years of age or older to enter this contest. There are two ways to enter. Via text messaging by sending a text message from your cell phone (local carrier fees apply) to the number 3 1 4 5 2 and entering the letters HD followed by your answer choice for the Rock On The Range Free For All trivia question: “Name the tour that the band Disturbed was NOT a part of in their career: 1. Ozzfest 2. Music as A Weapon 3. Gigantour 4. Jagermeister Music Tour 5. Rock on the Range.” Entrants can also enter via the official hardDrive and hardDrive XL website at www.hardDriveradio.com. You can enter up to three times. All entries must be submitted separately. The sponsor and/or agency assume no liability for any technical failures that may affect your ability to enter or for any late, lost or misdirected entries. Winner will be selected at random from all correct, eligible entries and will be notified on or about April 29, 2008 at the phone number and/or email address listed on the text/web entry. If United Stations Radio Networks is unable to contact the winner, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining correct, eligible entries. The prize will be awarded subject to verification of eligibility and as long as all qualifications are met. (See #5 for qualifications). All information being collected is done so by United Stations Radio Networks (sponsor), whose privacy policies apply thereto.
2. There will be no cash substitution for the Grand Prize.
3. The drawing will be conducted by United Stations Radio Networks, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes, on or about April 29, 2008. United Stations Radio Networks reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent kind and value. Warner/Reprise Records, Universal Records/Universal Music Group, United Stations Radio Networks, its licensees and agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Odds of winning prizes are based on the total amount of correct, eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
4. Grand Prize winner will be notified on the phone and/or by email. Prizes are non-transferable. All Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. By entering, winner agrees to the use of their name(s) on-air for publicity and advertising without additional compensation or review, except where prohibited by law. Winner and guest will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a travel liability release. Winner and guest must sign and return these forms before May 2, 2008.
5. The sweepstakes is open to all residents of the United States, 21 years and older as of May 17, 2008 except employees (and their families) of, Warner/Reprise Records, Universal Records/Universal Music Group, United Stations Radio Networks, their affiliates and affiliate stations, subsidiaries, sponsors and their advertising, production, promotion, and fulfillment agencies. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase necessary. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
